Location: Mahikeng, Northwest 

Requirements

▪ Matric Certificate; Maths and Accounting as subjects would be an advantage
▪ A minimum of 5 years’ experience as Parts Manager in a large dealership with a proven track record
▪ Hands-on management and self-driven abilities, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills and integrity
▪ Advanced computer literacy
▪ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
▪ Competent in all aspects of running a large parts department
▪ Accuracy and strong attention to detail
▪ Willingness to learn and develop new skills
▪ Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment

Duties / Responsibilities
▪ Manage the sales, staff, and finances within the Parts Department
▪ Maintain inventory records and implement Franchise Standards within the department
▪ Monitor all progress, expected completion times, and administrative processes
▪ Promote and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty to grow existing and new customer relationships
▪ Lead, develop, and motivate staff
